cakhiatv bóng đá_Moulay Azzeggouarh, the assistant coach of HLV Philippe Troussier, is currently in Thanh Hoa to observe the U21 National Championship in search of new talents to strengthen the U23 Vietnam team. This is in preparation for the U23 Asian Championship next year.
In an interview with Thanh Nien, Moulay Azzeggouarh revealed the plan of U23 Vietnam’s head coach, stating, “We are here on the assignment of Philippe Troussier. He is very interested in youth football and always wants to provide challenging opportunities for young players. Whenever U23 team gathers, Philippe Troussier calls in a large number of players, sometimes more than 40, and then selects the best squad.”

His philosophy is to not overlook any young player with potential. Therefore, the U21 and U19 tournaments are crucial in the selection process for U23 Vietnam. As long as they have talent and meet the requirements observed by Philippe Troussier, we will note them down.”
The U23 Vietnam team will not compete in the U23 Asian Championship in Qatar until April next year. However, we need to start monitoring potential players now because there are still ongoing competitions like the V-League, the First Division, and even the U19 tournament in January. This allows us to assess who is in good form and making progress.
Even in the U21 tournament, if anyone performs exceptionally well, who knows, Philippe Troussier might give them the chance to join the national team for matches in China and South Korea on October 2nd?”
